Each commission is quoted individually because size, number of subjects, detail, materials, framing and delivery can all affect the final price. There is no charge to request a quote, and Em confirms the proposed total before you decide whether to proceed.

Send a commission enquiry with your reference photograph. Em reviews it and sends the proposed scope, price and expected completion date. If you accept, a 50% deposit confirms the commission; the remaining agreed balance is paid before collection or delivery.

Use the clearest, best-lit image available, with the subject in focus and enough detail around the face, eyes, hair or fur. If you are unsure whether a photograph is suitable, send it anyway and Em can advise. Only upload a photograph you own or have permission to provide.

There is no single turnaround time because each drawing is different and availability changes. If you request a particular completion date, please allow at least one month’s notice. Em reviews availability and confirms the expected completion date with the quote before you commit, so a requested date is not guaranteed until Em agrees it.

No. The form is an enquiry only: no payment is taken and submitting it does not create an order or contract. If you later accept a quote, a 50% deposit confirms the commission. See the Terms & Conditions for the full payment process.

Yes. Use the subject-count field to tell Em how many people or animals you would like included. Multi-subject pieces are assessed individually because composition and detail affect the work involved.

Yes. The quote form lets you indicate framing and fulfilment preferences. Agreed collection is free. Delivery is charged separately; where the initial delivery figure is an estimate, the final charge may be adjusted to the actual cost and agreed before dispatch. Tracking is sent when available.

One reasonable minor revision is included where practical. Larger changes, changing the reference image, adding or removing subjects, or substantially changing the agreed brief may require a revised quote and can affect the completion date. The agreed artwork price is not increased merely because the drawing takes longer than Em expected.

No. Submitting a reference photograph does not give permission for it, or the finished commission, to be used for marketing. Separate permission should be obtained before promotional use.

If delivery was arranged by Em Curri Art, contact Em promptly with your commission reference and, where possible, photographs of the artwork and packaging. Em will deal with the courier separately and work with you on an appropriate remedy. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full process. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Because each commission is made specifically for you, ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply in the same way as they do to standard products. If you ask to cancel, any amount retained will be based on work already completed, materials and other reasonable losses rather than the deposit being automatically forfeited.
